Our Mission

Navigating government and community assistance programs is unnecessarily complicated. Information is scattered across hundreds of federal, state, county, and local websites. Eligibility requirements are confusing. Wait times are unclear. And for people in crisis, the complexity of finding help can be the barrier that prevents them from getting it.

AssistanceFinder.org is building a single, searchable directory that brings all of this information together. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for anyone — whether you're facing eviction, caring for an aging parent, or simply trying to put food on the table — to find the programs available to you, understand the requirements, and take the first step toward getting help.

We aggregate data from public government databases, HUD records, USDA sources, and verified community organizations to build the most comprehensive and up-to-date assistance directory available.
